Xuzhou Medical College (XZMC) has set up the “The Principal Foundation” for international students in order to promote the development of higher education of international students. This scholarship will be provided to those excellent overseas students or scholars to undertake full time study. Now it includes students who are qualified and excellent to apply for Master, Doctoral or Successive master-doctor Programs in Xuzhou Medical College.

I. CATEGORIES OF APPLICANTS:

Qualified and Excellent foreign students who wish to undertake full time study in Master, Doctoral or Successive master-doctor Programs in Xuzhou Medical College.

II. CRITERIA & ELIGIBILITY

1.Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health.

2.Education background and age limit:

Applicants for Master or Doctoral Programs must have the relevant medical background in Bachelor or Master’s study.

Applicants for the master's degree program must have a bachelor's degree and be under the age of 35.

Applicants for the doctoral degree program must have a master's degree and be under the age of 40.

3.Applicants must agree to obey the relevant laws of the PRC and meet the admission requirements of Xuzhou Medical College.

4.Applicants must have a good academic record.

5.Applicants cannot be recipients of other scholarships offered by government, college or other organizations simultaneously.

6.The students are obliged to complete the required study and obtain the degree granted by XZMC. If the student quits the study due to his/her personal reasons, XZMC has the right demand the student to refund all the issued scholarship, and terminate his/her scholarship qualification.

III. CONDITIONS OF SCHOLARSHIP

Full Scholarship

1.1Cover the whole tuition fee.

1.2A living allowance of CNY1,000 per month

Scholarship recipients will be granted the full living allowance from the beginning of the term.

IV. APPLICATION PROCEDURES

1.Log on to the website (http://xzmc.admissions.cn/).

2.Download the application form for master or doctoral program.

3.Complete the Application Form, and other relevant original documents.

4.Send to the email on Application Form: xzmc@admissions.cn

V. APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

1.Scanned copy of the passport photo page.

2.Highest diploma/degree certificate (notarized photocopy). Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.

3.Academic transcripts (notarized photocopy): Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.

4.Recommendation letters: Students must submit two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English from professors or associate professors with contact details of referees.

5.Physical Examination form for Foreigners.

6.Personal statement including study background and study plan.

7.List of published articles (if have)

8.Highest certificate of HSK examination (if have)

9.Other relevant documents according to the admission teacher.

Please Note: Submitted documents will not be returned regardless of the result of application.
